In addition, all AFM employees and contractors are required to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by AFM. We will not reveal your name, email address or any other information we collect about you to any third party without your permission, except that we may provide your contact details to Fund Managers for Capital Introduction purposes. If you are an AFM registered user, you can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure by keeping your password secret and not forgetting it.

How you can access and change the information we keep about you

Your trust in AFM is very important to us. You are welcome to request details of your information via email at info@fundmonitors.com. If you are a registered user and change email address, you can update these details by logging in on the Australian Fund Monitors homepage and going to the account admin section. This allows us to redirect email newsletters and customer notifications to your new address and ensures your Australian Fund Monitors customer web access is maintained.

Our communication with you

We will not send you promotional email from ourselves or third parties without first asking you whether you wish to have it sent to you. Please allow up to five days for any email request to be processed.
